Day-to-DayResponsibilities
- Collaborate closely with top-tier Senior sales leaders, amplifying operational training excellence.
- Lead large training projects, championing innovative strategies, and reporting directly to the CEO.
- Drive performance through rigorous metric analysis, from sales effectiveness to client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for improvement & implementing dynamic strategies across all departments.
- Produce compelling weekly dashboards, highlighting training successes and tackling engagement hurdles head-on.
- Create partnerships with internal stakeholders nationwide, delivering tailored coaching solutions.
- Design, refine and update training and coaching resources, ensuring maximum impact and adoption.
- Spot trends and themes, empowering departments to pivot and achieve their targets with precision.
- Classically trained in sales is a must (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, MEDDIC etc.) – You will NOT be considered without this.
- A proven track record in managing learning and development from induction, with new hires to seasoned sales professionals.
- Create and manage material for a full end to end sales induction (we will require a portfolio of your work at the interview stage).
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in field sales training – you will NOT be considered without such experience.
- Creating and updating sales materials in response to evolving market dynamics.
- Coordination with marketing and Salesforce teams, translating insights into actionable training modules.
- Tailoring weekly coaching plans, addressing individual needs, and driving team performance.
- Manage the full end to end induction and will be responsible for all sales professional’s success.
- Deliver insightful weekly analysis on the progress of newly onboarded sales professionals.
- Proven ability in managing diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Compensation: A $100,000 base salary plus an $5,000 QB OTE:
