How We Support Our Agents
  • Join our dedicated lead generation division designed to help you nurture and grow your career, giving you access to thousands of buyer and seller leads supported by a combination of AI technology and our Inside Sales Representatives who actively nurture prospects and book appointments, with transaction‑ready clients assigned directly to agents in the program
  • Nurture relationships with followers to build an interactive, responsive, and trust‑driven online community
  • Execute targeted buyer, seller, and first‑time home buyer campaigns to support long‑term database nurturing
  • Provide business planning, coaching, and ongoing training to prepare agents for success in changing market conditions
Responsibilities
  • Reach out to and follow up with potential leads in order to increase sales
  • Schedule meetings with buyers and sellers to determine their needs and match them with the right property
  • Maintain contact with leads to create more sales opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and generate more sales
  • Remain informed on local information to answer clients’ queries about the house and neighborhood
