As an Outside Sales Representative
, you'll spend your time meeting customers, visiting job sites, prospecting for new opportunities, and growing our presence throughout the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions

What You'll Be DoingBuild and Grow Customer Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Learn customer operations and identify opportunities to provide value
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to support long‑term growth
- Prospect and develop new opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and customer visits
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Expand market presence within your assigned territory
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and challenges
- Work with internal technical teams to develop solutions
- Present proposals, quotations, and recommendations professionally
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve growth objectives
- Identify market trends and competitive opportunities
- Represent T&T Power Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities
- Update CRM activities, forecasts, and sales notes
- Prepare sales reports and communicate progress to management
- Work closely with service, operations, engineering, and project teams
- Help ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through project completion

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer‑facing business development, account management, customer service, or a related role
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Experience using CRM systems is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the GTA and surrounding areas
