Major Account Manager at Teknion

In this pivotal role at Teknion, you will manage all aspects of major client relationships, driving sales of products and services while working closely with various stakeholders from Project Managers to C-Suite executives. Your ability to strategize and respond to competitive requests will be key, along with maintaining exemplary service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with client organizations
• Sell Teknion products by engaging with existing customers
• Lead responses to RFPs and competitive requests
• Ensure timely order processing and execution of commitments
• Educate clients on new products through engaging presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years in B2B or major account sales
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and strategic techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools
