Drive sales growth as TRACTIAN's Director of Mid-Market Sales. Lead teams, refine strategies, and enhance customer engagement for lasting impact.
In this strategic role, you will spearhead the execution of the mid-market sales strategy while coaching your team to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Success to elevate TRACTIAN’s market presence. You will be responsible for pipeline forecasting and ensuring strong performance across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive mid-market sales strategies
• Manage and elevate team performance through coaching
• Drive revenue predictability in competitive sales cycles
• Lead talent management and team continuity efforts
• Maintain key customer relationships to ensure account growth
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience in sales leadership
• At least 6 years in quota-carrying B2B roles
• Proven track record in high-velocity sales
• Experience in industrial sales environments
• Exceptional operational and strategic leadership skills
