As a pivotal Sales Manager at Pinnacle Live, you will lead the sales efforts for our range of AV solutions, connecting with venues and ensuring comprehensive understanding of client needs.
Your role will involve drafting contracts and quotes and leveraging our systematic sales approach. Effective communication and relationship building will be key to your success as you work closely with both internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead venue sales and customer engagement
• Create and modify sales contracts and proposals
• Implement the sales strategy across the funnel
• Provide visual and product support to hotel leads
• Update CRM with client interactions and sales reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least two years of customer-facing experience
• Proficient with CRM platforms
• Preferred background in production and staging
• Strong skills in project management and customer service
