Position: Kyndryl Customer Partner in Insurance
Lead impactful changes as a Customer Partner in Insurance at Kyndryl's Toronto office. This role demands elevating existing insurance accounts through strategic growth initiatives and top-tier client engagement.

In this full-time role, you will take over an existing strategic account, responsible for growing it into a more profitable business. The ideal candidate must possess a keen ability to build trust with executives and influence decision-making. With accountability for P&L, your focus will be on expanding revenue streams and improving client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a strategic insurance account with full lifecycle accountability

• Develop and nurture meaningful relationships with CIOs and COOs

• Identify new opportunities to enhance account value

• Ensure disciplined pipeline management and deal closure

• Deliver on promises made to clients effectively

Requirements:

• Extensive experience managing large enterprise accounts

• Proven ability to close multi-year deals with significant TCV

• Familiarity with insurance industry priorities and operations

• Strong analytical and forecasting skills

• Deep commitment to achieving and exceeding targets
