Step into a dynamic role as a Sales Associate/Membership Educator at Orange theory Fitness and share your passion for fitness. Welcome guests and introduce them to the OTF concept while providing exceptional service.
In this position at Orange theory Fitness, you'll connect with clients, manage phone calls, and provide informative studio tours. Collaborate with trainers to assist new members during their workouts and participate in community outreach efforts. Your communication and organization skills will be key in maintaining a clean and welcoming studio atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enthusiastically welcome clients and provide support
• Present the OTF concept to potential members
• Handle front desk operations, including calls
• Guide visitors during studio tours
• Support initial workouts alongside trainers
Requirements:
• Passion for fitness and commitment to helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism in addressing member concerns
• Organized approach to studio maintenance
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
