Join Kal Tire's team as a Front Counter Sales Expert, where customer interaction is key! Help customers choose products while managing a fast-paced environment at various GTA locations.
As the first point of contact, you’ll assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed quotes. Each day, you’ll handle vehicle check-ins, process transactions, and collaborate closely with the shop team. Ensure your workspace remains clean and organized for optimum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries and product selection
• Prepare accurate quotes and invoices
• Perform vehicle check-ins, even outdoors
• Maintain customer records and assist with appointments
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service and sales roles
• Automotive interest or experience is beneficial
• Strong communication skills leading with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions
• Team-oriented with a focus on safety
