This strategic role will have you building Ramp’s channel operations from scratch. You will engage with diverse Canadian partners and manage the full lifecycle from engagement to execution. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll translate early insights into effective practices that inform Ramp’s growth trajectory in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish Ramp’s Canadian channel strategy and operations
• Research and qualify new Canadian partners
• Develop joint go-to-market plans to engage partners
• Generate partner referrals to increase revenue
• Facilitate partner education about Ramp's offerings
Requirements:
• 8+ years in business development or channel partnerships
• High agency and resilience in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and consultative skills
• Experience executing data-driven project improvements
• Ability to travel for in-person events in Canada
