Be part of illumin's innovative team as a Business Development Representative in Toronto. This hybrid role combines your skills in lead qualification and relationship-building to drive impactful sales collaboration.

In this full-time position, you'll engage with inbound prospects and actively pursue outbound opportunities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will assist in building a robust pipeline essential for fuel growth ’ll also contribute to shaping the customer engagement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations with prospects

• Support outbound initiatives via email, Linked In, and calls

• Maintain detailed records in Salesforce and manage leads efficiently

• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve processes

• Provide feedback on messaging and lead quality

Requirements:

• Experience in business development or a customer-facing role

• Strong listening and communication capabilities

• Comfortable using CRM and sales engagement tools

• Driven and curious, eager for continuous learning

• Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain organization
