We're Hiring: SDR (Sales Development Representative) with 6-12 month of B2b Sales Experience| Toronto
We're recruiting for a Canadian Fintech Bank (No Industry experience required) that is helping businesses modernize how they manage banking, payments, corporate cards, FX, and financial workflows.

$55K to $62.5K base with $80K to $90K OTE

What You'll Do
Prospect and build pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and targeted outreach
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Speak with business owners and finance teams about modern banking and payment solutions
Work closely with sales leadership in a fast-paced startup environment
Build the foundation to quickly move into a closing role
What We're Looking ForMinimum 6 to 12 months of BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or similar sales experience
A strong hunter mindset and comfort making cold calls
Someone competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow
Startup, fintech, SaaS, or financial services experience is a strong plus
Must be based in the Toronto area
This role is for someone who wants to prove themselves, build pipeline, and move quickly into an Account Executive position.
