For over 25 years, Seventh Heaven Event Catering has been one of the GTA's premier full-service caterers, specializing in weddings and unforgettable celebrations. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Wedding & Events Sales Specialist - a proven closer who knows how to turn a couple's vision into a booked, flawlessly executed event.

This isn't an entry-level seat. It's a role for a seasoned sales professional who wants warm leads, real earning power, and the backing of a name couples already trust.

Here's what makes selling for Seventh Heaven different. You won't start cold - we generate three to four qualified leads every single day, so you'll walk into a steady flow of couples ready to talk. Our 25-year reputation and the quality of what we deliver do a lot of the selling for you, and our established venue relationships (with more on the way) give you a built-in network of partners and referrals.

The earning power is real: a competitive base plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings starting at $60,000 and top performers earning $100,000 to $125,000 and beyond. And you'll do it alongside a team and culture you'll actually want to be part of - collaborative, supportive, and genuinely proud of the work.

As our Senior Wedding & Events Sales Specialist, you'll focus on closing weddings - the heart of our business - guiding couples from that first conversation through menus, tastings, and every detail of their big day. You'll also sell corporate and social events as a strong secondary revenue stream. Beyond the warm leads we hand you, we'll count on you to build your own pipeline through wedding shows, venue partnerships, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.

Day to day, you'll own your sales targets, plan menus in partnership with our Executive Chef, coordinate the details that make events run - rentals, beverages, staffing, and logistics - and represent Seventh Heaven at wedding shows, industry events, and community functions.

We're looking for someone with proven success selling weddings and catering: you know how to connect with couples and close in an emotional, high-stakes environment. You bring a senior-level, self-directed closer's mindset - motivated, accountable, and hungry to own your numbers - with a track record of both working provided leads and generating your own. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with comfort in a Mac/Apple environment and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Caterease (or the ability to learn it quickly).
