Summary
Supports the Counter Manager in overseeing CHANEL Beauty and Fragrance operations and developing sales opportunities. Delivers personalized customer service through product expertise and client consultations.
Responsibilities- Achieve annual Beauty and Fragrance sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service through client consultations.
- Support sales team development and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Organize promotions and special events with Territory Managers.
- Participate in merchandising and manage inventory.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of CHANEL products.
- Provide a luxurious, personalized client experience.
- Contribute to sales goals and support the development of a goal-oriented team.
