As an Admissions Lead, you will convert inquiries into applications and ensure a smooth admissions process. The position emphasizes collaboration with marketing efforts to meet enrolment goals while engaging with potential students across Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive admissions strategies

• Convert prospective students through supportive guidance

• Manage the end-to-end application process for new students

• Foster relationships with key educational partners in Ontario

• Share accountability for enrolment with the Marketing Lead

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in admissions or consultative sales

• Experience in high-value decision conversions

• Proven pipeline management experience

• Strong discipline with CRM data quality

• Eligible to work legally on-campus in Toronto
