TRAFFIX is seeking an experienced Carrier Sales Rep with over three years in the field.
Your role centers on fostering carrier relationships, managing all transport modes, and optimizing capacity solutions. Engage in cross-functional collaboration to achieve mutual success while staying informed about market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with flatbed carriers
• Manage diverse transport modes and educate internal teams
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with customer sales and compliance teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance for flatbed operations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3+ years in carrier sales
• Strong understanding of transport modes and regulations
• Established carrier network and relationships
• Strategic mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Experience in a fast-paced 3PL or brokerage setting
