Hologic is looking for a proactive Surgical Territory Manager (TM) to join our Canadian team. This role requires strong medical device sales experience, particularly with surgical products, as the TM will establish sales strategies and achieve key forecast objectives. Your expertise will help promote innovative surgical solutions to healthcare professionals and ensure customer satisfaction in operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute territory sales strategies and business reviews

• Conduct sales calls and presentations to healthcare teams

• Create custom in-field promotional programs for clients

• Provide surgical and technical product support during procedures

• Utilize CRM tools for sales activity documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience

• Background in capital equipment and operating room environments

• Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system

• Experience developing professional education courses

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
