Transform retail experiences as a Solutions Consultant with Tulip. Utilize your technical expertise and consultative skills to help enterprise retailers succeed with tailored strategies and demonstrations.
In this role, you’ll serve as a crucial partner to our Account Executives, helping clients evaluate and adopt Tulip's innovative retail platform. Drawing from your experience in enterprise pre-sales, you’ll lead discussions to uncover customer challenges, design impactful solutions, and support the sales cycle from discovery to contract. You’ll engage with luxury brands and help them enhance their in-store and omnichannel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Account Executives on opportunity qualification
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations each prospect's needs
• Design solution strategies that demonstrate customer value
• Lead Proof of Concept engagements when needed
• Represent Tulip at events and workshops
Requirements:
• 3+ years in Solutions Consulting or related fields
• Proven success in enterprise software demonstrations
• Strong consultative discovery and communication skills
• Experience with API and enterprise integrations
• Willingness to travel for client engagements
