Client Manager

Position: Client Manager at Jonas Software
Drive sales success as a Client Manager with Jonas Software in a full-time remote role. Leverage your sales acumen to foster client relationships and boost revenue effectively.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, focusing on revenue growth through both new and existing client sales. A strong sales background, especially in software, is essential, with emphasis on CRM management and sales target achievement. Your communication skills will serve to build and maintain relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales from lead generation through negotiations

• Maintain and update CRM records accurately

• Achieve sales revenue and activity KPIs consistently

• Nurture existing accounts and minimize client attrition

• Conduct product demonstrations both remotely and onsite

Requirements:

• 10+ years of sales experience; 5+ in client management

• Proven software sales success, preferably SaaS

• Strong CRM knowledge, particularly Salesforce

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated with a focus on customer service
