Join Evergreen as a Sales Coordinator and contribute to urban sustainability efforts. This role supports event coordination and client relations in a hybrid work environment.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in Evergreen's mission to transform public spaces. Collaborate with various teams and manage event inquiries, schedule meetings, and prepare proposals. You will ensure excellent client service and maintain accurate CRM records while supporting the sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor incoming event inquiries and direct appropriately
• Schedule discovery calls and internal sales meetings
• Prepare proposal templates and sales materials
• Track proposals, agreements, and documentation
• Support sales reporting and revenue forecasting
Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or related role
• Strong organizational and client service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
