Drive franchise growth for Scotiabank in Toronto through business development, relationship building, and specialized franchising expertise across the local market.
As a Franchise Specialist in Business Banking, you will acquire new franchisee relationships and grow existing customer portfolios. The role focuses on sales results, networking, business acquisition, and customer service. You will collaborate with Scotiabank partners, associations, Centers of Influence, and Wealth Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Acquire new franchising business owner relationships
- Develop local franchisee, partner, and association networks
- Discover business and personal banking needs
- Provide specialized franchise and business finance advice
- Support high value franchising deals and customer onboarding
- Business Banking or Commercial Banking experience
- Proven sales results and business development experience
- Experience in the franchising field
- Knowledge of business products, financial statements, and legal structures
- Vehicle required for extensive market travel
