Sales Support Marketing Coordinator

Coordinate Salesforce lead processes and local marketing campaigns for California Closets in Toronto, supporting showroom traffic and customer engagement. This full-time role works four days weekly with flexibility needed.

As Sales Support and Marketing Coordinator, you will combine sales administration with local campaign execution. The work includes CRM management, customer service, digital marketing, community outreach, and reporting. You will support Design Consultants, strengthen referral partnerships, and maintain accurate local brand content.

• Execute local campaigns increasing awareness, appointments, showroom traffic, and sales opportunities
• Manage Salesforce leads, assignments, documentation, and follow-up processes
• Maintain websites, Google Business Profile, Yelp, and social channels
• Coordinate showroom events, workshops, community activities, and company events
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on marketing and sales performance

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two to three years of related experience
• Salesforce or comparable CRM proficiency
• Microsoft Office Suite working knowledge
• Social media and local listings management experience
