Licensed Insurance Advisor

Licensed Insurance Advisors use needs-based sales and client communication to support Green Shield customers in a hybrid Toronto work model.

This Licensed Insurance Advisor role supports Individual insurance clients through Green Shield’s in-house sales centre. You will acquire new clients, retain existing relationships, recommend suitable solutions, and support cross-selling initiatives. The position reports to the Manager, Sales & Retention, Individual Direct Channel, with two weekly office days.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Engage clients through inbound and outbound calls and email
• Promote additional Green Shield products and solutions
• Achieve sales, retention, quality, and activity targets
• Maintain accurate CRM and Telephony activity logs

• Two or more years’ sales or call centre retention experience
• Full LLQP or HLLQP preferred for two consecutive years
• Ability to secure additional provincial licensing within three months
• Knowledge of insurance or financial industry products
• Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills
