Coordinate sales support for Stone Tile International in the GTA, using order management, CRM systems, and careful follow-through. Work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
This Sales Support Coordinator supports the commercial outside A&D sales team with daily sales and order activities. You will process payments, monitor orders through shipment, and maintain accurate information in ERP and CRM systems. The work requires proactive coordination with sales and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Support commercial sales and order management activities
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Monitor orders from entry through shipment
- Follow up proactively on outstanding order items
- Provide timely updates to outside sales
- Two to four years of relevant experience
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
