Shape consistent onboarding and sales training at Dynamic Funds in Toronto, using cross-functional coordination, facilitation, and financial services expertise.
As Manager, Sales Enablement, you will lead role-based onboarding for sales teams and management. The work combines project management, stakeholder relationships, training coordination, and sales enablement applications. You will improve experiences through feedback, industry practices, and accurate content.
Key Responsibilities:- Design role-based onboarding experiences across Dynamic
- Plan onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and lateral migrations
- Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, Compliance, and Business Solutions
- Lead special projects affecting onboarding and sales reporting
- Recommend improvements to the Director, Sales Enablement
- Three-plus years in financial services, asset management, or mutual funds
- Three-plus years coordinating onboarding and sales training
- Business, marketing, education, training, or human resources experience preferred
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
- Office 365 expertise and sales enablement platform experience preferred
