North American Sales Director

Position: North American Sales Growth Director
Drive North American revenue growth by developing sales strategies, improving conversion rates, and strengthening customer retention across Canada and the U.S.
This Director of North American Sales leads acquisition and retention teams while improving how the organization sells. You will develop new-customer strategies, increase repeat purchases, and use performance data to uncover opportunities. Hands-on leadership, coaching, and advanced CRM skills are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth through acquisition and retention strategies
Increase repeat purchases and grow revenue
Identify opportunities through performance and conversion data
Challenge processes and introduce more effective sales ideas
Partner with Marketing, IT, and Operations on customer experience
Requirements:
Eight or more years of sales experience
Three or more years leading sales teams
Proven revenue growth and inside sales development success
Experience managing KPIs, conversion rates, and retention
B2B sales, distribution, or eCommerce experience preferred
Use strategic sales growth, customer retention, coaching, and analytical skills to strengthen results across Canadian and U.S. teams.
