Partnership Development Account Manager

Drive partnership development for MLSE in hybrid Toronto work, using business development and marketing skills across iconic sports properties.

As Account Manager, Partnership Development, you will build relationships for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Raptors, Toronto FC, and Argonauts. The role supports prospecting, partnership sales, marketing strategy, and creative proposal development. Reporting to the Director, Global Partnerships, you will help create revenue-generating programs for new and existing partners.

• Identify prospects through networks, marketplace analysis, and research tools
• Initiate discussions with clients and agencies about objectives and budgets
• Develop customized integrated partnership proposals
• Lead prospect presentations and negotiate potential partnerships
• Achieve revenue targets and provide regular status reports

• Three to five years of related meaningful experience
• Experience in business development, marketing, strategy, or partnership marketing
• Post-secondary business degree or diploma preferred
• Understanding of marketing, partnership principles, and emerging digital platforms
• Availability for evenings and weekends when required
