Lead Agoda’s Korea financial institution partnerships through strategic business development, commercial negotiation, and data-backed growth initiatives. Work cross-functionally across Agoda’s partner ecosystem.
As Lead Manager, Strategic Partnerships, you will shape Korea’s financial institution partnership strategy and execution. Manage banks, card issuers, digital wallets, and related ecosystem partners. Drive customer acquisition, transaction growth, commercial outcomes, and long-term strategic alignment through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and grow key financial institution partner accounts
- Develop joint plans for acquisition, transactions, visibility, and profitability
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership initiatives
- Coordinate campaigns, integrations, and execution across internal teams
- Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Seven-plus years in partnerships, business development, or related commercial roles
- Experience managing external partners and commercial outcomes
- Financial institution, payments, loyalty, or platform experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Korean and English required
