Resolver Customer Expansion Account Manager

Build stronger Resolver customer relationships through strategic account planning, customer loyalty, and technology-focused business problem solving.

As an Account Manager, you will serve assigned customers while growing their engagements with Resolver’s Security & Investigations solutions. Your work combines consultative selling, strategic planning, and customer-focused service. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and help ensure customers receive requested products and services quickly.

• Act as point of contact for assigned customers
• Encourage transparent conversations about customer needs
• Find customer-centric solutions for key business needs
• Collaborate internally to deliver consistent service
• Support onboarding of new customers

• Two to five years of related sales experience
• Experience working in a SaaS company
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and establish goals
• Ability to facilitate rapport and value customer loyalty
• Experience with marketing automation tools is an asset
