Build homeowner trust and close bath remodeling deals through supplied appointments and self-generated leads. Bath Fitter offers commission-only earning potential.
This Sales Consultant position focuses on presenting premium bathroom solutions directly to homeowners. You will work with qualified appointments from Bath Fitter’s internal team while hunting for additional opportunities. Sales experience is welcome but not required, because product training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage homeowners in their homes
- Present premium bath and shower products
- Explain solutions with confidence and conviction
- Develop additional opportunities through prospecting
- Ask for and close the sale
- High-closing mindset and unstoppable energy
- Strong communication in face-to-face conversations
- Hunger, hustle, determination, and grit
- Ability to seek opportunities independently
- Valid identification for required travel
