Lead national QSR accounts from Toronto with commercial negotiation, profitable growth, and customer-specific food solution expertise. Regular Canadian travel supports senior customer relationships.
Reporting to the Director, QSR & National Accounts, you will manage named Canadian Tier 1 QSR and FSR customers. You will build account strategies, protect retention, develop opportunities, and coordinate Solina teams across Sales, Culinary/R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance. The role covers commercial agreements, forecasting, customer reviews, and solution commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop multi-year strategies and annual plans for national customers
- Own revenue, gross margin, pricing, and program investments
- Lead negotiations, renewals, proposals, and commercial agreements
- Translate customer insights into development briefs and solutions
- Coordinate launches, forecasts, specifications, timelines, and implementation readiness
- Minimum seven years of business-to-business sales or account management experience
- At least two years managing Canadian Tier 1 national QSR accounts
- Experience with pricing, contracts, forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis
- Food manufacturing product development and commercialization experience
- English fluency, valid driver licence, and regular Canadian travel ability
