Drive Mirego’s Toronto growth through lead qualification and strategic prospecting. Build client relationships while communicating the value of digital service offerings.
As Business Development Manager, you will identify opportunities, understand prospect needs, and align them with Mirego’s services. You will advance qualified opportunities, support existing accounts, and collaborate on project scoping. The work requires digital services experience, CRM fluency, and strong market awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify leads through research, campaigns, calls, and CRM activity
- Advance opportunities and collaborate on service offering scope
- Document prospect interactions for seamless CRM follow-up
- Track KPIs and improve prospecting processes
- Represent Mirego at events, conferences, and webinars
- Based in the Toronto area for local client meetings
- At least five years’ digital services business development experience
- Knowledge of web, mobile platforms, digital ecosystems, and AI
- Experience with Hub Spot and Linked In prospecting platforms
- Excellent English communication;
French is a plus
