AI Digital Solutions Business Development Manager

Drive AI and digital solutions sales remotely from the Greater Toronto Area, using prospecting and relationship-building skills to develop new business.

As Business Development Manager, you will grow a GTA territory for an established digital consulting and technology services firm. Build connections with executives and decision-makers while identifying opportunities for AI, custom software, and digital products. Lead sales conversations with support from strategy, design, and technology specialists.

• Win new clients through cold calling, outreach, referrals, and networking
• Build relationships with technology, innovation, operations, and growth decision-makers
• Uncover AI, custom software, and digital product opportunities
• Lead discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closing with technical specialists
• Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline health, prospecting activity, and sales accountability

• Five or more years of successful B2B business development experience
• Technology services, digital consulting, custom software, or related solutions experience
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close new business
• Ability to discuss AI business applications with decision-makers
• GTA residency and availability for local meetings and events
