National Sales Director Consumer Lending

Lead national sales performance at iFinance through team coaching, revenue growth, and partner acquisition across Canada. Regular travel supports field leadership.

As Sales Director, you will lead Business Development Managers and report to the VP, Business Development & Marketing. You will shape sales organization structure, influence company strategy, and drive accountability through forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI-based performance management. This leadership role supports one of Canada’s leading consumer lending organizations.

• Lead, coach, and develop national Business Development Managers
• Set targets aligned with revenue and growth objectives
• Review pipelines and performance through weekly meetings
• Optimize territories, coverage models, and team structures
• Drive partner acquisition and consistent regional execution

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, finance, or related field
• Minimum five years progressive sales experience
• At least two years in sales leadership
• Experience managing geographically dispersed sales teams
• Valid driver’s license and regular Canadian travel ability
