Drive commercial strategy and retention for Citylitics customers through executive relationships and analytical account management. Work across infrastructure intelligence and applied AI.
Citylitics seeks a proactive, analytical, commercially driven Senior Account Manager reporting to the Director of Account Management. You will own an assigned customer portfolio, guide strategic priorities, and advise leaders on applying Citylitics to improve commercial performance. The role centers on renewals, upsells, cross-sell enablement, and account strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Own commercial strategy for an assigned customer portfolio
- Achieve gross and net revenue retention targets
- Close renewals and upsells across customer accounts
- Identify and enable cross-sell opportunities
- Build executive and key stakeholder relationships
- Proactive approach to senior account management
- Analytical mindset for commercial account performance
- Commercially driven approach to customer growth
- Ability to understand strategic customer priorities
- Experience advising business leaders and customer executives
Use account strategy, executive relationships, and commercial analysis to grow Citylitics customer portfolios and strengthen infrastructure intelligence adoption.
