Bring pop culture knowledge and customer service skills to Box Lunch as a Sales Associate focused on an engaging in-store experience.
As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you will support a civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. You will help customers find merchandise, process transactions, and maintain visual standards. The role combines selling, replenishment, fandom expertise, and teamwork across the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer service that encourages shoppers to return
- Cover assigned sales floor zones and visual standards
- Process register transactions and drive add-on sales
- Stock, replenish, and merchandise products attractively
- Keep stock rooms organized and stores tidy
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Customer service and selling skills
- Passion for philanthropy and pop culture
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
Use fandom knowledge, selling ability, and teamwork to support Box Lunch customers and merchandise throughout the store.
