Enrollment Advisor Admissions Salesforce

Support prospective students through admissions using Salesforce, empathetic communication, and timely follow-up. This full-time role serves U.S. and Canadian applicants.

The Enrollment Advisor represents Medforth Global Education’s Admissions team and supports prospective students considering St. George’s University. You will explain SGU programs, understand educational goals, answer questions, address initial barriers, and encourage application next steps. Collaboration with Admissions Officers and Recruiters ensures appropriate referrals and continuity.

• Conduct outreach through phone, email, text, and live chat
• Provide accurate information about SGU programs and admissions
• Maintain prospective student relationships through consistent follow-up
• Document interactions and progression accurately in Salesforce
• Connect students with resources, events, and Admissions partners

• Bachelor’s degree required; related fields preferred
• Two or more years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
• Strong organization, empathy, and customer service abilities
