Telecommunications Sales Account Manager

Build profitable telecommunications growth for Telecon by developing prospects, closing sales, and retaining customers through exceptional service. Use CRM strategy, product knowledge, and persuasive communication across national accounts.

This Data Centre Account Manager role serves Telecon’s Enterprise division and requires five-plus years selling into data centres. You will pursue new and existing customers for structured cabling, data networking, devices, and managed services. The position also supports account growth across technology integrators, government, and health care.

• Locate prospects, generate leads, and convert new customers
• Develop CRM prospecting strategies and effective closing ratios
• Maintain contact lists and strengthen customer relationships
• Submit accurate orders, pricing, and pre-qualification requests
• Recommend products according to customer needs

• Five-plus years of data centre selling experience
• Excellent sales acumen and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and administrative skills
• Demonstrated product knowledge and sales abilities
• Confidence making cold calls and negotiating sales terms
