Drive sales effectiveness from Toronto or remotely in Canada by strengthening coaching practices, selling skills, and field execution standards. Partner with leaders across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine.
As Manager, Sales & Field Effectiveness, you will translate business priorities into practical capability-building and field-readiness plans. The position partners with National Sales Directors, Regional Business Managers, and cross-functional leaders. Your work supports onboarding, launch readiness, workshops, coaching, and enterprise frameworks including MOSAIC, LEAD, and GROW Coaching.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with sales leaders to identify capability priorities and readiness needs
- Lead adoption of selling and coaching frameworks
- Design workshops, simulations, role plays, and readiness initiatives
- Strengthen coaching consistency across supported business units
- Translate process changes into training and implementation plans
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Five or more years of healthcare or commercial experience
- Experience in sales effectiveness or capability development
- Workshop facilitation, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across a matrixed organization
