Business Development Associate Legal Sales

Sell sophisticated legal services as a Business Development Associate at Caravel Law, using B2B sales expertise and confident communication.

Supporting Western Canadian growth, you will own sales cycles for small and mid-sized legal mandates. The role combines inbound lead conversion, account growth, outbound prospecting, and pipeline discipline. You will work with founders, business owners, and in-house counsel while building toward enterprise or Director-level selling.

• Own sales cycles from first call through signed engagement
• Qualify and convert website and marketing leads quickly
• Grow client accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Re-engage inactive clients and qualify leads for Directors
• Maintain CRM records, reports, and invoice follow-up

• Three or more years of B2B sales experience
• Professional services experience preferred; legal experience is an asset
• History of hitting quota across high deal volumes
• Comfort with cold calls and self-booked meetings
• Clear communication and organized, detail-oriented processes
