Travel Agency Sales Manager Eastern

Drive travel sales growth remotely across Eastern Canada through strategic account planning and trusted agency relationships. Based in Toronto or Montréal, this role covers Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime Provinces.

As Business Development Manager, you will strengthen the regional travel partner network and increase preference for a distinctive cruise experience. You will build account strategies, identify opportunities, support partner sales, and coordinate with internal stakeholders. French and English fluency is required.

• Develop and nurture aligned travel agency partner relationships
• Create strategic sales plans for assigned accounts
• Present cruise experiences through events and ship opportunities
• Use marketing resources to generate partner bookings
• Share sales insights and resolve commercial challenges

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and sales experience
• Full professional fluency in French and English
• At least five years of travel or hospitality sales preferred
• Established agency relationships across the assigned territory
• Proven sales targets and measurable commercial results
