Junior B2B Inside Sales Representative

As a Junior Inside Sales Representative, you will support sales and recruiting teams while developing sales skills. You will research companies, identify decision-makers, understand hiring needs, and introduce SAP and IT staffing services. Training, coaching, and hands-on experience support growth toward senior sales, business development, or account management roles.

• Conduct outbound prospecting through telephone, email, Linked In, and other channels
• Research companies and identify business opportunities
• Contact decision-makers within target organizations
• Introduce SAP and IT staffing services
• Schedule meetings for senior sales team members

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort initiating telephone conversations
• Persistence when handling rejection
• Organization managing prospects and follow-ups
• Previous sales experience is an asset, not mandatory
