Deliver expert skincare service at Holt Renfrew while building customer relationships and exceeding commission-based sales goals in luxury retail.
The Beauty Advisor develops lasting customer relationships that increase sales, service, and loyalty. You will acquire new customers, develop existing clients, and retain loyal clients through personalized communication. The role also requires product expertise, brand sales support, and collaboration with store teams.

- Exceed personal and brand sales targets
- Build and retain a loyal personal client base
- Share expert product knowledge with selling teams
- Communicate marketing opportunities and assortment recommendations
- High school diploma
- Two or more years commission-based sales experience
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
