Shops at Don Mills is located at Don Mills and Lawrence Avenue East in Toronto, Ontario. With 72 stores, this lifestyle shopping center is anchored around fashion, dining and entertainment, offering a delightful shopping experience.

• Maintain compliance with and enforce property standards, rules and regulations.
• Use tact and diplomacy in interactions across various settings and situations.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid, CPR or AED until professionals arrive.
• Maintain and enforce access control procedures.
• Understand emergency and standard operating procedures.
• Deal with trespassers and unauthorized persons, enforcing the Trespass to Property Act.
• Assist with Fire & Life Safety inspections.
• Maintain a detailed memo book and prepare incident reports using CF's standard report‑writing program.
• Patrol and monitor premises for irregularities (suspicious behavior or security breaches).
• Keep calm when alarms are triggered, escort people to safety or apprehend guilty parties.
• Respond to calls for help, contact fire department or law enforcement as required.
• Assist during emergencies, ensuring minimal injury to people and damage to property.
• Remove or restrain anyone who threatens safety or disturbs peace.
• Follow orders and work as part of a team to ensure safety of staff and customers.
• Write daily reports and provide suggestions for improved security.
• Undertake all tasks with utmost integrity and professionalism.

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification (WSIB‑approved).
• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License.
• Proof of 2 COVID‑19 Vaccinations.
• Proficient in English (oral & written).
• Authorized to legally work in Canada.
• Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB) certification.
• Use of Force in Class Training certification.
