As a dedicated Customer Service Security Guard for an educational facility, you will play a crucial role in fostering safety and confidence among students, professors, and the public. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, controlling building access, conducting patrols, and responding to incidents. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and verify identification
• Control access to the building effectively
• Conduct foot patrols to identify security risks
• Monitor and report on security equipment
• Respond to incidents and provide first aid
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Commitment to full-time schedule 12 AM - 8 AM
• WSIB Approved First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role
• Basic computer and phone skills
