Part-Time Security Guard

Ensure safety at the Toronto Eaton Centre as a part-time Security Guard. Support tenants and shoppers with enforcement, access control, and emergency response.

This unionized role involves patrolling the Office Towers to protect individuals and property. You'll handle emergencies, provide First Aid, and maintain public safety through access enforcement and crowd control. The position requires availability for shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to medical and criminal emergencies

• Provide CPR and First Aid when necessary

• Enforce rules and assist with crowd control

• Maintain detailed daily reports on incidents

• Conduct patrols for proactive security presence

Requirements:

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification

• Security Guard license compliant with PSISA

• Annual completion of Use of Force training

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations with tact
