Security Liaison at Ripley’s Aquarium

Enhance guest safety as a Security Liaison at Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada.

Your role focuses on maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for both visitors and staff.

This position is essential for ensuring all security protocols are enforced smoothly. Reporting to the Manager within the Security Services team, you will respond to emergencies, perform property patrols, and assist with event security. Your ability to maintain discretion while handling incidents will contribute significantly to a safe atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct crowd management and enforce safety regulations

• Communicate effectively using two-way radios for safety procedures

• Assist guests with special needs or requirements

• Monitor the premises for theft and vandalism

• Provide security support during events and functions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Law and Security or equivalent experience

• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications

• Pass Toronto Police Services security screening

• Maintain a professional, energetic attitude

• Adaptable to flexible shifts throughout the year
