Security Liaison At Ripley’s Aquarium

Join Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada as a Security Liaison, where your focus will be on guest assistance and maintaining a protected, welcoming workplace. This role is essential for ensuring security protocols are met without being intimidating.

As a part of the Security Services team, you’ll report directly to the Manager and engage in various security-related tasks, including responding to emergencies, performing property patrols, and assisting with event security. Your ability to handle incidents discreetly will be crucial, as will your commitment to providing a safe space for both guests and staff.

• Direct crowd management and enforce safety regulations
• Communicate safety procedures using two-way radios
• Attend to guests with special needs or requirements
• Monitor for theft and vandalism effectively
• Provide security support during events and functions

• Diploma in Law and Security or equivalent experience
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Pass Toronto Police Services security screening
• Maintain a professional and energetic attitude
• Adaptable to flexible shifts throughout the year
