Security Supervisor

Position: Full-Time Security Supervisor Role

In this essential role, you'll be tasked with monitoring all security activities, from the building interior to parking areas. Your leadership will guide the team in utilizing advanced security measures and maintaining communication with clients and staff. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and coach security personnel on protocols

• Set work schedules and manage payroll processes

• Address policy enforcement and disciplinary measures

• Work with departments to enhance security coordination

• Develop documentation for security practices

Requirements:

• 2–4 years' experience in security supervision

• Relevant post-secondary education required

• Experience with crowd management in event settings

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

• Valid Smart Serve certification and other qualifications
