Position: Concierge Security Role
Join First Service Residential as a Security Concierge in Toronto, ON, providing essential safety and support to residents. Your skills in organization and communication will directly enhance community living.

In this integral part-time role, you will assist residents with inquiries, manage essential access, and ensure high standards of safety. Scheduled for weekends from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, your ability to remain calm during critical moments will help uphold the reputation of our organization. Foster trust through excellent service and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clarify residents’ needs and desires efficiently

• Maintain guest privacy and organize access

• Enforce safety protocols and client regulations

• Conduct routine property patrols

• Document daily occurrences and incidents

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Ontario Security License

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Additional courses in Business or Security advantageous

• Capacity to sit and stand for extended periods

• Strong communication skills for effective client engagement
